Responsibilities

Prospecting and Cold Calling:
  • Conduct daily outbound calls to businesses, introducing Covello Financial Group’s expertise in group benefits, retirement plans, and financial services.
  • Identify key decision-makers and build rapport with prospects.
Qualification and Needs Analysis:
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Conduct preliminary qualification to determine the potential fit for our financial solutions.
Appointment Setting:
  • Schedule high-quality discovery meetings for licensed brokers to further discuss the benefits of our group benefit and retirement plans.
  • Ensure accurate and detailed information is captured for smooth handoff to the broker team.
CRM Management:
  • Update and maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM system.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics to measure outreach effectiveness.
Collaboration with Broker Team:
  • Work closely with licensed brokers to align outreach strategies with business development goals.
  • Provide timely feedback on prospect responses and market trends.
Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and changes in regulations related to group benefits and retirement plans.
  • Share insights with the team to enhance targeting strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outbound B2B sales or lead generation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilient and persistent mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
