Responsibilities

Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients’ products, services, and business objectives across Western Canada.
  • Build strong relationships with key client contacts to become a trusted advisor and extension of their business development teams.
Internal Networking and Collaboration:
  • Identify opportunities for clients within our network to collaborate, share resources, and explore synergies.
  • Foster connections among clients to facilitate business growth, partnerships, and mutually beneficial opportunities.
Client Needs Assessment:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ business development needs and growth aspirations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that align with clients’ strategic objectives.
Value-Added Services:
  • Propose and coordinate value-added services, events, and initiatives that contribute to the success of our clients.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and our internal service teams to ensure seamless delivery of additional services.
Client Advocacy:
  • Advocate on behalf of clients within the organization to ensure their needs are considered in the development of new products or services.
  • Provide insights to enhance our overall client experience.
Performance Measurement:
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of client connections initiatives.
  • Regularly evaluate and report on the effectiveness of business growth strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in client-facing roles with a focus on relationship building and business development.
  • Strong understanding of financial services, insurance, and related industries.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel within Western Canada as needed.
