Carolyn joins CFG with over 35 years of experience serving in the Public Sector. Over the past 15 years, as a school administrator, she worked with a variety of stakeholders gaining expertise in multiple areas. She believes strong working relationships built on mutual trust, respect and integrity is the key to success. Carolyn puts client needs first using critical thinking skills and an innovative mindset to find creative solutions to complex problems.

Carolyn completed her Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor Education at Lakehead University. She recently completed a Master of Education at Wilfred Laurier University with a focus on setting organizational direction and developing culture.

Carolyn enjoys spending her free time with her husband Mark, her adult children and grandson as well as her three big dogs.
