Andrew joins Covello Financial Group (CFG) after almost four years working for the government of Manitoba having served in different senior roles as a political staffer. For three years Andrew was the Chief of Staff to the Provincial Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure and was then promoted to a Special Advisor to serve Manitoba’s first ever female Premier. 

Prior to getting involved in politics, Andrew spent five years living in the United States. While in the U.S, Andrew played NCAA college hockey at The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN while completing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with a double major in Marketing and Management. Following school, he spent a year working in the insurance industry and was licensed in the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin. 

Andrew is passionate about creating long lasting corporate and professional relationships with new and existing clients of CFG. With Andrew’s unique and diverse background in insurance and strategic government relations, he has set the stage for meaningful engagement and relationship building with industry specific stakeholders to support the growth and success of CFG’s portfolio. 

Outside of work, Andrew loves spending time outdoors at his family cottage on Lake Winnipeg, is an avid golfer and enjoys hiking, fishing, playing hockey and spending quality time with friends and family.
